Founded in 1994, Singapore Universal Lubricant is a specialty grease and lubricant manufacturer, and a subsidiary of Singapore Hwa Sin Maritime Pte Ltd. In 2018, we commissioned our newly built plant in Fujian province, China. Occupying 35,000 square meter in land area, it has a state of the art five storey grease manufacturing facility, four laboratories, two dust free rooms and two in-house packaging manufacturing facilities. Our range of specialty greases include low noise bearing greases for automotive and electrical appliances, windmill greases, and many other tailor-made greases for various industrial applications.
Under the guidance of a world-renowned grease researcher, we have established our own research and development team, and both participated and presented technical papers at major conferences such as the NLGI, ELGI and CLGI. We have also been awarded with grease patents from China and Japan.
We have an annual production capacity of 5000 MT for speciality greases, 15000 MT for common greases, and 50000 MT for lubricants. With our large production and technical capability, we are able to develop and customise greases suited to specific requirements, including various packaging sizes ranging from 3g to 180Kg.
Singapore Universal Lubricant is an ISO 14001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified company. We are honoured to have been awarded the ‘High Technology Enterprise’ certification in Fujian province and have also received partnership recognitions as an OEM toll blender for various major grease brands globally.
We have strong relationships with our global key base oil and additive suppliers, as well as with our local and overseas customers. We export greases to more than 10 countries, including companies from Japan, Australia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Singapore and more.
